The parts that are clipped together are the similar parts, but it isn't what makes up the whole korean song. Ma Tian Yu's song is mostly made up with the chorus so it's very stand out that it's similar, but there's lots of parts of the music in the korean song that's not in the chinese song. Maybe the person who wrote the music didn't hear the Korean song before. Do you think that the Chinese need to know every Korean songs out there? It's hard enough for a music writer to know all the musics written by fellow Chinese. Perhaps it is better that way before later on more new songs get labeled plagarised from some other Korean songs.

The parts that are clipped together are the similar parts, but it isn't what makes up the whole korean song. Ma Tian Yu's song is mostly made up with the chorus so it's very stand out that it's similar, but there's lots of parts of the music in the korean song that's not in the chinese song. Perhaps its coincidence?

This isn't called plaegerizing. Also, if it was "copied" then we don't blame the artist--blame the composer. If some scenes look alike then we can say all people are plaegerizing. If we have a music video featuring Hebe and Aaron kissing and a MV featuring Ella and Chun kissing, then we say that they are copying. What does "12-00-2006" mean? December 2006 or what? If not, which month is "00"??? If Sung Yu Bin released his Korean version during December 2006, then Ma didn't copy from Sung. They both copied from another Chinese artist with a similar song released before July 2006.

In my opinion, yes if the Korean version of the song was first registered for copyright, the chinese artist indeed copied it. However, I see little or no concern about that in the messages.
