What is the setup on the effects for the Kramer? Naturally that guitr lends itself to easy harmonics, but the rest of the tome is pretty darn on target - fill us in....

Happens to the best of 12-strings (even a bad-ass Ovation) every now and then - remember, you're adjusting 12 strings instead of 6, so it's gonna be a little trickier! The only person (I know :)) who can tune a 12-string perfectly BY EAR is paps, who's been playing acoustic for about 40 odd years. Comes with time!

Play that note louder than normal, and doing it so that your thumb lightly touch the string just after the Pick. Then you need heavy distorsion, high presence and bridge pick up

Try holding the pick close to the pointed side where just a little bit of the point is exposed when it strikes the string and stroke the string with a quick staccato type of stroke. It also helps sometimes to pick the string close to the pickup.

I got a Jersey Star recently ( which wasn't easy in the UK! ) and deffo find it far better than the Jackson DK2M i had, not just for the pinch harmonics but in general. Plus the Kramer seems to stay in tune no matter how many whammy dives you do. It's an awesome guitar. Keep up the great playing!!!
