  • jajajaj "calzones" is plural for panties or briefs in spanish jejejeje

  • Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons . com w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)

  • This is not indian it is arabic this type of song is called a nasheed. It is an islamic song

  • Calzone is for one and calzoni is the plural version. So your title should read "How to make calzoni" or "How to make a calzone".

Thank you for the video, though!

  • zatima...really loved the video...made me think of my college days when I frequented a little eatery run by 2 greek college students..great calzones....yours looked very enticing and appealing...especially loved the music...would love to know the artist if possible...

as for pompous ass "chef" pretense aka protoss...either say something complimentary or stay in the kitchen...you will never win friends or garner compliments with an over inflated ego as yours.....

  • I am really into Italian food, music, and culture but I have never heard Italian music quite like this. Could you please let me know who this song is by so that I can purchase the CD.

  • That's because this is not Italian music; it is Indian music, but I'm unsure as to which type.

  • lol its not italian music its arabic music

  • lol it is Moroccan music.

  • I am I really into Italian food, music, and culture but I have never heard Italian music quite like this. Could you please let me know who it is by as I would like to buy the cd.

  • Try some oregano and basil in the tomato sauce... that'll really give an Italian zing to it.

  • For Calzones, its much easier to use pizza dough instead of making your own, it cuts down on the time.

  • How bout making your own?

  • It's better to make your own pizza dough.

  • Looks yummy! I am about to make my first calzones and this video was informative. Only fifteen minutes to bake? Wow, so easy. I wouldn't have thought to seal the edges with a fork but it looks great on the finished calzone. I like the background music too!

  • Thank you! This recipe is incredible! My family loved it and so did I!!! YUMMM!!!!!!!!!

  • Thank you this recipe is incredible! My family loved it and so did I!!!

  • salaam ZATIMA, i realy appreciate ur cooking. thanks

Q: from where do i bought the pastry sheets.

i live in Canada. ill wait for ur reply

  • thank you. if you meant the puff pastry sheets you can get them at any grocery store. they are in the freezer section where the frozen desserts are. and if you are asking about the calzone dough you can buy it made from any pizzeria or make your own, its easy and cheap.

  • excellent video!! i love calzones and i wanted to cook them, but i was reading the recipes and they looked difficult, but know with this video i don't think it's that hard

  • i know this is a lot but to finish my point here in DC we have every thing from eithiopian to el salvadorian food. I have tasted what familys in other countries come to the dinner table for. For me and a lot of other people it gives us a little more respect for foriegn cultures. As i said i love moroccan food. 200 years ago I would't have, and would prob have much less respect for that culture because of it. sorry i'll get off my soapbox now.

  • Moroccan culture is a wonderful culture, its so rich and warm. Our food is known to be one the best in the whole world, I consider myself lucky being born Moroccan, thank God. we dont need you guys showing us respect because we earned it and we continue to earn it. I wouldnt give me being a Moroccan for no other nationality in the world.

  • and lastly, it is impossible to go to an indian restaraunt, love the food and then say f@#$ India. In this modern day and age we are not just limmeted to our native cultures for enjoyable dinning experiances. try a lobster taco on the beach in mexico regardless of your feelings to that country before, you will have a new found respect for that culture. If anything eating the samething over and over will make you violent. Its a new luxury

  • I never say "f" a country though i might say "F" their politicians :) well I love all kinds of food, I specifically love Mexican food. I think my food is good and I try to share what i learnt with other people who would like to learn. I never said this the most authentic recipe but hey its close.. why dont you show us how to make authentic pizza and calzone ?? may be we can learn something from you ?!!

  • also wile yor recipies are decent, they are innacurate. what else do you expect, but for people to say that. Cooking is a science, if you understand that you will make great food. you make good food... but no nothing of italian technique. Just a critisism. don't loose sleep over it. and what do u have against duck confit and burre rouge and all the other great french food?

  • I think the only one who can decide if my food is decent, good, or great is the person who tries it. owning a restaurant or being a "chef" does not qualify you as a great cook! there is a lot of restaurants that close down all the time. I dont like French cooking it doesnt mean that everyone else has to not like it, taste differ from one person to an other.

  • look I said friendly humour for a reason. You clearly are not in the restaraunt busness. I only say that because thats how we talk, its very hot and you could end up in the hospital if your not carefull. So we make jokes all the time.

  • no I am not the restaurant business.

  • moroccan food is delicious, but in restaraunts in the states we praise the french immensly, and because of that we must mock them. It's just frendly humour. As an irish american, I think the worlds foods is what will someday end all wars. I did not mean to offend, but if you post a video just be glad that people comment at all.

  • if you mean by your comments good then i will be more than glad to hear it but if u mean to mock and especially if you do it rudely i am going to be offended, but anyways I removed most of the videos i had before i kept only the ones i made myself, meaning i know its good.

  • about believing that food will end wars i dont think that will happen. food has been around for a long time and it never did anything to make humans less violent, but if you beleive it then good for you.

  • the French are great in baking .. but i dont know about their cooking!!!

  • I'm sure those are delicious....but in no way are those calzone. Also you forgot to put milk in the dough. Great music.

  • whatever :p

  • by the way I am not French thank God. I am Moroccan and proud and lucky to be Moroccan.
