my friends at school tell me 2 do a flip off 1 uv the tables outside but i know i hav no practice w/ flips. i can do most everything else. ive practiced parkour for bout a year.

@mastercheifbuster u have a pretty good start i always learned my flips in to a pool first, but after that ur gonna have to take it to the ground, practice on grass and do practice the steps of the frontflip, run, hop, punch, then jump, swing foward, tuck, then land. i recommed having gym mats so it u mess up it wont hurt as bad. but u also need alot of confidence u can do it bcuz without that ur going to bail and get rlly hurt. n the flip off tables is an okay if ur daring.
