It is quite evident that this is an exercise in "communitarianism." It can also be called Collectivism. The children are being "collected" into a one-world organization.
"Breaking down the barriers" is a key term. It is used a great deal by those who push the New World Order.
What is this "job we are seeking to do" that "is being fulfilled?
What ARE!!! Horizons ideals that they want you "go forward much more easily. Toward What goals(s) may I ask?
