@gmecomber They're 19 inch sai. If you want to find where I got them look up worbington steel. They're all special order and you can get a nice pair for between 150 and 200.

elektra was a bad movie, don't try to compair here fighting to others.

he blates were also sharp which makes them knives not sia.

I think this is the correct way, it doen't matter to much when flipping as long as you can flip quickly in to the right position.

At 1:15 the Sai is actually being held incorrectly. The index finger should be extended resting along the metal. That is the traditional grip and gives most control.

The flipping demo was quite useful though.

are those the sai of agena and another thing the spining is flashy i like it i can do it but the thing is in the movies like elektra when she spins then her finger are in the tsuba but when she fights she takes then out for the proper usage for the sai

The regular flip up to down was easy, I just wish you elborated more on the full 360 from up to up turn. It's flashy and good to trick :D
