This was a pretty early test with iClone Pro I wanted to do. Still a long way to go. I had a horrible time with wheel rotation in this test till I saw a tutorial on iClone's method of doing rotation..very funky as far as I'm concerned but it works. I used it in my Car test anim.
The wheel rotation looks great. It's hard to believe you had a time with it. The squeeky rotation sound, and other sound effects worked great. How did you get the shadows to adjust as they were going over 3D object? That was very cool, and I hadn't seen it done before. Thanks.
@demofactory As far as rotation goes I just thought you could do a keyframe a 0 and a second at 360 and that would be it. Instead I had to do a number of keys to create the rotation. I'm not sure what you mean by " ...get the shadows to adjust as they were going over 3D object." I'm just using a directional light as my main "key" light with 4096 resolution. I do put a lot of objects between the light and the subject so I get lots of shadows cast in the camera's frame. Hope that helps.
That was great! I kije the camera perspective angles, the character movements, and the texture/fell of the clip. Keep up the great work.
