Excellent - never seen either of these variants before. I think the first of these at least might have been from 1980. The second one would have been shown in the London area only, presumably - some of the ads had the same soundtrack everywhere, but different captions at the end for every ITV region bar two.
London to Leeds 12 quid! That wouldn't get you a pasty and a bag of walkers at the station these days.
