At the end of the day murder is murder there has to be a deterent, up until now there has not been a deterent and there never will be as much as i agree with the death penalty people will still continue to murder. But If one is 100 percent convicted of murder there has to be a punishment therefore if caught and convicted you should lose your life for taking someone elses as the punishment administered for this crime is death.

testimony, how come cameras aren't in every building? Recording every move and word of an officer and witness so that cases don't get out of hand as we see today? I disagree about Mr. Koch. I think he's being a very excellent moderator. The debate rules were very clearly explained to the audience before. People get to ask a question, they do not get to make speeches or ask multiple questions under false pretenses. Mr. Koch is enforcing these rules strictly which ensures that more people get to ask questions. Most moderators are way too lenient with the rules.

@eliasgandalf Sure, he should enforce the rules, but he's being unreasonable. When the woman was in the wrong queue she had still waited to ask a question, why couldn't he let that go? And why can't someone who gets an answer about race when they asked about gender get to pull Mr. Jackson up on it? Even if he wants to enforce the rules so strictly he could be less obnoxious about it. Everyone who asked a question looked frustrated with the answer. Terrible atmosphere.

I happen to think that Hixxonor Koch is performing the duty of moderator very weel. He read the rules and is enforcing them as read. Any alteration from the rules would favor one side or the other. His job is moderating and controlling the debate fairly, not allowing more interesting conversation.

@Birdieupon I'm getting really sick of hearing his nasal 'no' after every question. Sure, moderators need to enforce the rules but Koch is actually hampering the debate. How many people asked a question and left that debate unsatisfied? This has the worst atmosphere of any debate I've ever seen.
