tajweed is learnt at the childhood age only except the converted . and in hadis it is said a man will be bestowed with 70,000 bestowals who can read quran with a sweet voice but a man with ugly manners will get only 1 bestowal ( barkat). the way he utters words its very tiring and ridiculous. its QURAN, not an unexpected compulsion what fell upon him.
