  • can anyone pls tell me where those videos of revolution in 3:57 and helter skelter in 6:23 are from? also those video clips from "revolution #8" of strawbery fields forever and a day in the life. i have never seen them before and those videos does not seem to be random, they look like they are from a movie or they actually made the music video. where can i find it?

  • best album they ever did

  • 3:57 Look at George. I read about this in his recent picture collection book, and what George was telling Paul was, "John's mic is shit!" True story!

  • Kate ...stick to bad romance movies and booby implants.

  • Yoko + Linda = Gold Diggers, both of them.

  • how do you know, only John and Paul really know

  • @kengk1234

It's not hard to spot a gold digger. When you've read up on The Beatles as mush as I have, you learn quite a bit.

Read a few books on the boys and you'll see.

  • O.O This reminds me of the first time I heard Happiness is A Warm Gun, I got shivers when it started playing! And my room is really warm.

  • @yipeejc I'm not claiming I should be invited, I would have preferred someone else, who was ALIVE during the time the Beatles were around, you know: wanna her about their experiences...

  • i like the way paul plays helter skelter at 5:52

  • how is it possible that 4 of the greatest musicians of all time just happened to be in the same band... makes me feel grateful to be human and to have the ability to listen to and appreciate great music, or as i like to put it, organized noise.

  • whats teh song at 6:37????? plzz tell

  • @raullopezemo: Helter Skelter

  • I don't wanna hear about their breakup. D: Someone tell me if anything cool happens in part 9.

  • DYLAN is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sexy its actually unbeleivable

  • shout out to Mr. O'Brien and his grade 12 english class who will be watching this episode tomorrow.

  • @LTLightsout56 justin beiber is my idol toooo

  • what is that jam in 0:36?? it's very cool, if someone can tell me what is it, please tell me

  • @F3R011 Take 2 of Helter Skelter

  • That's an amazing documentary.

  • Paul+John equals brilliance. Not one or the other.

  • Fuckin cops. There is seriously something wrong with anyone who wants to be one.

  • I don't know why, but the shot of John and Yoko dancing really got me. Made me tear up a bit.

  • i thought this was a parody of revolution 9

  • @jessieiskoo thank you very much

  • i thought helter skelter was writtten just to beat that song by the who.... i forget the title.

  • "I can see for Miles"-The Who

  • they all looked so depressed when they were apart. then during revolution they look happy to be playing together again.

  • "Scotland yard was eager to discredit London's biggest rock stars"

Fuck me and rappers think they get it hard.

  • Whats that song on 7:21???

  • it's gimme shelter by the rolling stones

  • The song is called "I will" from the white album.

  • thank you

  • whats the name of the song that paul is singing at 2:16?

    anybody know?

    thanks

  • 6:00

  • I would fuck Kate Hudson.

  • dude so would i.

and i'm not even a lesbian.

  • I sould also.

  • Helter Skelter Take 2 From the Anthology 3 Album

  • seriously, what does Kate Hudson know about the time of the Beatles??!! She wasn't even born yet!!!

  • I'm pretty sure her mom, Goldie Hawn, probably told her about it.

  • @ANANASJE1985 cmon im 13 and i know quite a bit about the beatles and what happened back then!!!!

  • @ANANASJE1985 were you?

  • @ANANASJE1985

    Not only that,she is a indiscriminate groupie.Black Crowes,Baron Davis,Alex Rodriguez...she wouldnt know a genius from another dildo

  • @BrutusMcCrunch *cries* i love a-rod... hahaha.

  • @ANANASJE1985 THAT'S WAT THE EFF I WAS THINKING AT THE BEGINNING. but i wasnt born yet and i love them and know a lot too :)

  • yes, its an early tape of Helter skelter, its from the Anthology, i have the song for my Zune :oP

  • It's an early take of Helter Skelter - sounds like the version on Anthology.

  • Yoko seemed so evil and condescending in those years and I can understand why some people blame her for this and that, but now she just seems sad.

  • Charlie Manson and the Hells Angels are lower than shit. Demonic bastards.

  • agreed.i can't listen to Helter Skelter without thinking of it.

    P.S. what about hell's Angels?

  • geroges gibson sounds fucking mint on revolution

  • the beatles!!!!!!!!!!!

  • If you go carrying pictures of Chairman Mao, you ain't going to make with anyone anyhow.

  • The speed is too fast on that clip of McCartney doing helter skelter in the studio.

  • of course.... its only a demo of the song.

  • I don't mean the tempo, I mean the speed of the recording. they could have slowed down the clipot the real speed when he recorded the demo.

  • So the social revolution commies come out and ask the Beatles to joins us and lead us to victory. John Lennon responds with, "but if you want money for people with minds that hate, all I can tell you brother is you'll have to wait,"! That is sooo awesome!

  • whats the song from 1:04 to 1:06?

  • Martha.

It's song about McCartney's English sheep dog.

  • Martha my dear**

  • wats that song by the stones at 7:40

  • "GIMME SHELTER". Martin Scorsese uses it a lot in his movies.

  • It's amazing how great the influence music has on human lives, human society.

  • see the beatles do listen to everyones opinion

  • people should have just listened to the beatles. they had it right.

  • my favorite beatles album

  • The White Album is most people's favorite album. Can you believe that most if not all was recorded on a 4 track. The only song I don't care for on The White Album in Revolution #9. I also think the album should have included the faster Revolution and the slower one as the single.

  • Why? The faster version is mor commercial. I think we could ditch Wild honey pie ans Why don't we do it on the road.

  • I think it's more bluesy and has more feeling of revolution to it. I read (I think in the Anthology book) that the other Beatles didn't like the slow version and that's why he created the faster, louder version. Another thing is that The Beatles music has always been commercial, but not in the bad way the music is commercial today. Also, 1968 is when rock music got louder and I think the fast version reflexs that change.

  • whats the name of the song that says 'Yoko Ono Oh No, Yoko Ono oh Yes" or what ever whats it called?

  • I think it's one of John's solo songs... not sure..

  • No,sharkygirl is right. It's Street Fighing Man of of Begger's Banquet by The Rolling Stones.

  • It's John improvising lyrics for a song called 'I need a fix', which eventually ended up as a part of 'Happiness is a warm gun'.

  • the anthology version of "happiness is a warm gun". it's on the first disc of the 3rd anthology

  • what song is playing at 3:37

  • It's Street Fightin Man by the rolling stones...

  • Street Fighting Man

  • wHAT SONG 5:52 ?

  • If your asking what song Paul is singing at 5:52, it's an acoustic version of 'Helter Skelter'

  • There seemed to be problems with bands in 1968: Pink Floyd lost Syd Barrett and there singles flopped, The Who's Pete Townshend suffered from writer's block, The Small Faces were soon coming to an end in late 1968, Rolling Stones soon lost Brian Jones at the end of 1968, as band problems.

  • very true, my friend. I also heard that the Zombies broke up that year.

  • time of the season is one of my favorites

  • I don't think The White Album really reflected what was going on at the time, apart from Revolution and the satirical Piggies. Still a fantastic record, though. Boy, 1968 sounded like a horrible year, politically and otherwise.

  • I agree, but it does affect the subconcious. The album is very powerfull,it's so cattered, in a good way. but then again like Mike love said- We do place too many fantasey on the beatles. I think charlie was sensitive to the fact, but misinterpreted the album.

  • That was a good point what Was she doing at the sessions?

  • Each person in the beatles has grown as an individual ARTIST, even they agreed no girlfriends or wives at the seasons but Lennon did not care as he was too much in love and too much an individual, the group factor was fading these days. As lennon did not care about leadership.

  • robby

you can be hindoo, you can marry who you want to

They broke because they were 4 individuals, and

These 4 ppl didn´t harmonize anymore in a way

they did before, when they were still very young

    and unexperienced.

  • i agree, but dont forget the memories

  • You also have to remember that, John, Paul and George had been together since 1956?, I think they broke up at the right time, they had done everything they could and given everything they had, just enjoy the memory.

  • I agree with you. It's good that they broke up just when the 60s were ending.

  • Can you imagine the Beatles in the 70's, I think it would have been a real bad move, as good as they were, solo.

  • peace1965, you're the first person who agrees with me that the Beatles in the 70s would have been a really bad move. Thank you.

  • same here, I thank them for not doing ti and spoiling a good thing, And anyway it would have been terrible for them all, Paul and George at this point would have killed with each other,

  • To the degree that they would have slightly tarnished their legacy if they had continued into the 70s, I agree. But I think they would eventually have overcome the inevitable drop in creative output. Can you imagine what they might have done 20 years later...even if only a handful of classics had emerged?

  • So, it was India that broke apart The Beatles.

  • Don't believe everything you hear. It was a number of things that broke them up, although India may have been one of them.

  • the only thing that broke up the beatles was the press and there stupid fans who didn't get it.

  • they loved india, there fans thought they could controll them, no john you can't marry a japanise woman, no george you can't be a hindo... that broke up the beatles.

  • I guess you could say that was one of the factors as well as their financial problems with Apple, Paul's controlling attitude, George not getting his songs recognized, Yoko always in the studio and more. Get to know more about the whole Beatles story, robbielovesanime; the breakup is a fascinating part of their career.

  • @Beatlemaniagirl many things like yoko india horrible rumours and getting tired of each other those are some reasons why they broke up but i wish they were still Rocking

  • THIS SHOW IS GREAT!!!THANKS AGAIN
