Her voice sounds 'blown out' (kind of like a speaker on a home system sometimes does when you play it too loud!!) all hoarse and gravelly plus she seems to have trouble sticking with the melody (that's an old showbiz 'trick',when you hold the mike out to the audience and get them to 'sing along',thus deflecting too close an inspection of the singers voice!!)I just hope she doesn't wreck her legend by doin too many of these way 'past it' shows just coz she's addicted to the adulation!!Very sad...

Ik was er bij gisteren het was geweldig, wat een terpetijnpissers die lui die gaan zeiken over playbacken, geen toegift..snappen die lui nou net dat ze een wereldster aan t werk hebben gezien, geen trutje van een Britney of Shakira.

THIS is the kind of show I want to see from Diana Ross!! She looks and sounds great! The dancers are friggin' gorgeous!! Firm & tender!! I've never before heard her sing the entire song, & certainly not in its original tempo & arrangement!

sorry I haven't been in toch TROS, she was just amazing as usual.

You might have read my posts on other threads about her gowns and I stand by my comments, she should have had new gowns, the one in this clip was gorgeous but she wore a lot of familiar ones over the 2 nights.

However, the nearlt 30,000 each night raised the roof.

The overture and build up to her entrance was magical, it lasted about 8to10 minutes and the atmosphere was incredible, she was such a star i was nearly crying

to see her so happy and at home on the massive stage.

It was fabulous to see her with the orchestra and dancers, but to be honest she is such a presence you couldn't take your eyes off her.

I hope and pray she get the opportunity to do shows on this scale again and that you would be lucky enough to see it.

Shows of this nature could never be touring shows, there was just too many people involved,butthank god for the dutch for making this happen, I will never forget it.

I understand your feelings about the gowns, but, as I think you mentioned earlier, she probably won't contract any new gowns until she loses weight. You know my feelings about her use of platform shoes. She was obviously moved by the presence of the audience, both nights, and who can blame her. Hearing thousands of people performing your life's work is a beautiful thing, no question. I really loved her performance of "The Boss" in these concerts. The shorter hair's chic & sharp, too.:)

no video on here really captures how sensational she was,it all sounds a bit tinny.

The orchestra was fantastic and although her voice was a bit husky during The Boss on the first night it didn't matter, she's the great Diana Ross and she's earned the slight imperfections in her voice.

She's way better than artists I have seen recently of her generation such as Elton John and Dionne.

I had my binoculars so could see her faceclearly, she is just so beautiful, that smile is god given,i tell you.

You are so right!!!! The arena was great, but It was a cold weather to walk from parking area. I thought in Holland is warmer than at home in Finland! All people were sa happy to see great Diana Ross. I like Dianas costumes, because nowadays everything people wear is so boring and same. Only thing I don't like is; There is not coming DVD, because that was Diana's hope!!! Why??? But the consert was fabolous. Thank's Diana!!!!
