@jackiezann Yeah, i know it sounds empty, but I only had riffworks at that time, which doesnt have drums. All my more recent stuff has drums in it, check some of them out.
I've been playing for about the same time and i'm nowhere near as skilled, then again that's because collage always gets in the way. Keep up and Shred on!
@Ibanezsweep45 than you should shorten the delay on the doubling effect or turn it off. nice composition. could used some drums. check out ezdrummer's drumkit form hell.
Dude mad skillz but on the solo cam down. not that it was bad it just needs to fit a little better and even if it isnt van halen hard it can still b great. over all nice job ;-D

i know the solo doest flow at some points, but it was the first solo i ever wrote, and i wanted to put everything i knew how to do into it

When you record do you mic your amp or plug straight into computer or interface.
