Hmmm...interesting. I wonder if you need plannng permission for this? It would be great for sticking two fingers up at the authorities, you could build whatever type of house you wanted and put it wherever you wanted and they wouldn't be able to do anything about it as it is a vehicle not a house.

It probably has the same system that an RV has, a storage tank and a hose to empty it out.
