I have no problem with the retaliation, it happens in doubles. Paes had other options than a full strength swinging volley right at Kendrick, and the other team had every right to get in his face. true,getting hit in dubs is a common thing. it gets going pretty fast and i see that all the time. i thnk wht escalated the situation, was tht paes didn't appologize, which is common courtesy in any sport in a situation like that. yes, it was an accident (probably), but he should have just put his hand up at least to say "no bad intentions",especially in a world team tennis event where it's basically an exhibition. if someone tags me or my partner and doesn't appologize, retaliation follows :-)
