you replace it you would die lol jk but just make the flamingo also make your own mini strip my current projects are the landmark hotel, mirage hotel, and the "L" atop the landmark
I cut thin opening slats in the walls of the building and put red tissue paper on the inside. Then I lit it from within with a 24inch flourescent light. For the blue stripes on the side, I simply use a blacklight on the outside and the strips are white. Good luck with your Vegas!
Yeah Bill's is the old Barbary Coast. I was out there when they changed its name over. Management from IP are running it in the interim. It's kind of a bum deal for Vegas visitors because the shuttle from there to the Orleans doesn't run anymore. :(
Sahara looks like it's gonna survive for now since it switched hands. IP would be tough to bring down because of it's location and how it's situated (it's a big property). The wrecking ball will be turning its gaze on the Tropicana next, I fear...
Wow, I was in Vegas back in March and I didn't get a Frontier chip. :( The Stardust came down while I was out there. It's strange to imagine walking down the strip without the Frontier there! I looked it up, and apparently the Tropicana is getting remodeled and updated instead of being knocked down. Circus Circus next?
The owner of the Circus Circus recently invested big bucks in a remodeling plan and says his kids would never forgive him for letting it be sold/torn down. Most people agree "Bill's" (a tiny hotel casino on the strip near IP I think) is next.
Which glass tower in particular? I did build the Transamerica Pyramid in plexi as a 6-foot display case. I also built the Bank of China as a 7-8 foot display case.
Yeah, the Alladdin was torn down and replaced as well. Take your pick among candidates for the next one to fall. My bet is Tropicana. Imperial Palace and Sahara seem vulnerable too.
Love that!!!!!!!!!!!!

A "Long time" is not a long time. It is only a "long time" in Vegas time.
Vegas tears down buildings that are relatively new in terms of age in comparision to 99% of the rest of the world.
