I did that once in a church and it was fun, although its really not my type of thing to do and I stepped waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay out of my comfort zone.

I've never had a god experience and I've gone to church for a long time, so I dono. I think its just an emotional overwhelming that people feel from the ideas and environment, but I'm sure its a very healthy emotion to practice.

I dislike dancing and I go to a "black church" so ehh I just watch.

I remember seeing these guys at Family Values Tour a few years back. Didn't have a clue who they were, but they were playing "All Around Me" and she had her hands raised, and there was one guy in the whole audience standing on his chair with his hands raised. I'm like, "What's wrong with this guy?" Now I know. Praise God for calling me out of darkness!
