Thanks for ur comments and praise in part.Let me assure that once u learn to do this procedure,u will not feel like doing the standard lap chole .

The mini laproscopy that u mentioned was never cost effective because of the delicate instruments and even after more than 20 years of existence ,was never accepted as a viable and better option to standard chole .
