When I first saw this I thought there was some lip-synching going on.
But I was wrong. This is 100% live - if you're not convinced, go and watch the rehearsal clip that's on UTube.
Beyonce just uses the backup singers to fill in for her when the dance moves are too intense for her to sing and dance at the same time.
And it's a brilliant solution - no-one could sing this entire song and do the dance routine at the same time - it's just physically impossible.
