a tiger would rape a lion, not to be mean i love both animals but the tiger seems more aggressive and more muscular then the lion unless the tiger was outnumbered. i beleive in the video they were just playing i dont think theyd put a lion and a tiger in same cage if they cant coexist.

@xLEGENDARYxONEx Perhaps, but it would be uncharacteristic for the Lion to go for a spine attack on a cat such as a Tiger. Since cats instinctively attack the neck, legs and face it would seem unnecessary for the Tiger to feel such a need to protect his spine in the absence of real aggression on the Lions part. Also, a Lion does not have the leverage required to land a blow such that would damage the spine of a cat the size of the Tiger. The overall tone of this encounter is highly unaggressive.

@iJustCommentTheVideo No, Lions have huge upper body strength. That's why their forelimbs are more muscular than Tigers. They were born fighters. Tigers are only hunters, which explains for their powerful hind legs and longer body.

@Naturalhit I see. Although I have a different hearing of that. It is been known that Romans used to put Lions and Tigers fight in the cage, and they always say that the tiger always win uproariously. Though the size are a slight differ, the Tiger is often said to be stronger and the lion was faster.

Besides, if the tigers is always winning then you have to ask yourself why the Romans are not using that animal as a symbol of their bravery, strength and power. Among their beastiaries symbols, Lions are hailed the king of the beast. Romans even manage to almost wipe the whole Barbary Lions race.Tigers are faster & more athletic than Lions, but Lions better fighters

lions are laziest creatures. jaguars hunt full size crocodiles, tigers kill bears. no lion stands a chance in the wild, even leopards outsmart and fight 4 lions at a go- check that video out leopard vs 4 lions. lions need 5 together to hunt, other animals go alone. joke of the "king of jungle" my aas.
