FEMA's First Essential Function is Enduring the "Continuity of Government =COG' They are prepared for running a prison facility's and REX 84 was part of the program. Continuity of Operations, as defined in the National Security Presidential Directive-51/Homeland Security Presidential Directive-20 (NSPD-51/HSPD-20) and the National Continuity Policy Implementation Plan (NCPIP), You're not in any shape to work for FEMA. LOL !

You start talking about "the government" as if FEMA is the government. Remember, FEMA supports the state emergency management team. It is the state emergency management agency in each state that maintains authority at all times. When a disaster declaration is made the state deploys first responders. If the first responders and the state's emergency management team is overwhelmed, they ask the Federal government to "send in the calvary".

What would be really interesting would be to find out who the subcontractors are. Most of this sounds like services for staff rather than detainees.

I work for FEMA and I help survivors who have been ravaged by disasters here in the United States. I have never seen any evidence that FEMA is trying to imprison citizens of the United States. Please contact FEMA and ask them to verify all information you get from sources like this. Why spread terror and panic? Why does INFO WARS fail to get the opposite point of view? When you don't allow for rebuttal all you are doing is spreading propaganda. This is nonsense.

What the hell is going on? This is CRAZY! A few months ago when I first started hearing about all this, I thought it was just a hoax....just another fabricated (and totally false) conspiracy theory. It's obvious the govt is preparing for a HUGE emergency. The USA being divided into zones? Stock piling plastic coffins? Fema camps? Fencing and barricades? As someone else said, this DEFINITELY sounds like they're preparting for martial law. We all should be VERY worried
