i have a 5.0 hp 2 seeter and its fune, slow on flat groug but rl;y fast up a hil?? any ideas? but i wanna replace the mufflr on it,i noticed urs is the same and i wanted to know if its a scwer on or bolst on.
too bad i have a kick ass frame perfect paint live axle and no engine .i already have a great go kart but, i want to sell the other frame but, i can`t ship it!
TEC 5.5 OHV starts eazy enough, doesn't sound bad either. What type of clutch setup are you using - i've got a MaxTorque setup to engage at 2200 rpms so i set my idle about 17-1800 rpm.

there was nothing stopping it and it was spinning out.....
