  • i'm 22 years old, my lower body(waist and back ) is too small and it does'nt suit my upper body part. its really makes me look weird for the whole body shape even when im wearing shirt it looks loose on the lower part. is this video helps me to build size(mass)on my lower body part? what is the best exercises to build size of my legs?

  • @epul0109 Hyperextensions and weighted crunches could help you build your midsection. For your legs, squats, lunges, and leg presses for building size. Get with a good trainer for instructions.

  • more of a stretch

  • its like situps for your back

  • thank you so much i love this workout all the other workouts online dont feel like its doing anything but this sure did

  • nice video editing

  • i must be doing this wring, its hurting my neck more than my lower back :S

  • lmao forgot the edit that first part out huh. well this seems like it should work. I'm afraid it'll make my back really hurt in the beginning

  • How can I avoid loosing muscles in age 45?

  • @hamid954 Follow a progressive resistance weight training program, intake approximately 20% of your calories as protein (a protein drink or two each day can come in handy), 20% of your calories as fat, and 60% of your calories as carbohydrate. In addition, sunbathe daily and responsibly to help boost and balance your hormones.

  • @hamid954 You only lose muscle if you do not workout!

  • I have no lower back pain,my MRI scan of LS Spine showed straightning of LS curve..would u recommend me this workout.

  • @babytatte It is a great lower back stretch and strengthening exercise for anyone who is not injured. It should work well for you if integrated into a complete workout program that works all the major muscle groups. --Jay

  • when you are defined and cut fitness model and you decide to stop working out and you realize that that was a mistake and that you want to look exaclly the same as you were before your workout program,is it posible to lose all your ganed muscles and shoulder broadness and look like you have never lift a weight in your life?and not just skunny,I mean to lose a muscle definition too?

  • @mr5890859355 If you once were in top shape, you can easily get back into that same shape by repeating the same program that got you there the first time. Genetics determines most of your potential to get fit and look your best. Diet and exercise merely polish what nature has blessed you with genetically. --Jay

  • @JayRobbEnterprises No I asked could you get back in the normal shape if you stop workin out?Could you lose your muscle definition up to that degree like you never workout in your life or some places in your body will stay littlle bit defined?would your sholuders stay broad?generally could you look like you never lift a weight in your life?

  • @mr5890859355 yes u could look as if ya never picked up a weight in ur life if u stoped lifting heavy weights and a high calorie protein rich diet. but how much so? and what areas mor? that would be different for each person. based on metabolism, an genetical stong points. u would also lose bone if ya cut calories. why the weard question??

  • @thallious9876 because of my job...could you lose scholder broadnes and but tightness?please answer.thanks

  • @JayRobbEnterprises

Mann, you hit the nail on the head on that statement!

  • @JayRobbEnterprises thanks Jay

  • is there any exercise for lower back that not include butt and abs.i need something just for lower back.please help?

  • @mr5890859355 Your butt will be worked to some degree no matter what. But, to isolate the lower back the most, limit the range of motion by not going too far back, so that the lower back does the work and not your glutes. --Jay

  • @JayRobbEnterprises so u are saying that there is no way to avoid a tight soccer butt?no exercise in the world?

  • @mr5890859355 I'm not sure what you mean by tight soccer butt?

  • @JayRobbEnterprises i dont want to have strong gluthes muscles, for my job i need to look completly averadge,i can aford googloking butt...i know thats sound stupid but thats true

  • @mr5890859355 Then don’t do deep squats, stiff legged deadlifts, or hyperextensions (including the floor exercise I showed in the video). Try limited range of motion hyperextensions on the hyperextension machine in the gym. --Jay

  • Thanks for your answer and for posting this up.

  • I forgot, thanks for posting this up.

  • This is a pretty standard lower back exercise.

However, would you recommend it over doing it on a bench?

I want to start doing some exercise for my lower back but I don't know if I should use these or the bench variation (I've been having some pain, and I want a stronger back. Yes, I do workout regularly, so these aren't new to me.)

  • @DaBhaalspawn this exercise is just as effective when performed on a bench. It is your call. --Jay

  • @Kordoxk instead of using weights to increase intencity just do this exersize off the end of a bench or your bed. This let's you get the full strech if you lean as far over as you can.

  • Hello! Cool video! Very helpful!

Im 16 years old and Im used to train at gym too, but by the time my lower back gets stressed. Im not overtraining at all. So these exercises as demonstrated in this video will help my lower back beat stress?

  • It's a good exercicie, but i have a question: How i can handle weights on this exercicies?I put then on my back??

  • @krodoxk Not a good idea as this could cause injury. This exercise is designed to just use your own body weight. To use progressive resistance for lower back work it is ideal to use a lower back machine at your local fitness club.

    All the best! --Jay
