@leatherfacefan1974 The cart was custom-fit in our shop. Since Jacob had tentanus, which gave rigidity to his front legs, it is hard to make a comment like this based on looking at a video. His cart is adjustable, and one could move Jacob up and down in the cart. This position is where he was most comfortable. But thank you for your concern.
Poor little dog! I might be wrong but it's seems that the size of the cart is not right for him. The front bars are too long for his height and that forces him into an unnatural position.
@writenow Actually, this dog had tetanus which lead to permanent rigidity in Jacob's forelimbs. One of the advantages of a K-9 Cart dog wheelchair is our veterinary expertise to deal with special cases such as this. Fortunately, Jacob's owners could travel to Oxford for a custom fit. For those who cannot, we make our carts adjustable in height, length, and width so that a perfect fit can be achieved.

The cart seems a tad but too high for him, I would adjust in a half inch down
