am sure a number of the legendary blues artists led some songs with harp intros, but either way this song is great, and the interplay of falsetto with harp in the choruses is very cool and gets my attention, a use of the style dating way back (Sonny Terry taught me the first song he learned, coming up all falsetto, whoops or not, from his grandfather) . The Guy Named after a shoe with a rockin blues classic that has a special place in the Beach Music hall of fame.The Harmonica leading the vocals was truly ahead of its time.Nevertheless this is a forgotten classic that gets very little airplay on Oldies station but is on just about all the grand strand and crystal cost juke boxes.
