Most economists believe The Great Depression ended when we entered WW2. That's because the the government spending and borrowing was expanded (spending on war is the government spending).

Paul believes it happened after WW2, when the government and the spending were cut (soldiers came home, and the manufacturing of tanks and planes was no longer needed) . Who is wright?

I'm fairly certain that leaving the "time bank" system to humans is ridiculous.

The mic should turn on at predesignated times, it could all fairly easily be scheduled, it either turns off when the time is up, or when the speaker hits a button to yield his time back. If someone else wants to yield time, they could deposit it on a fairly simple UI...
