This man is talking through his nose.Why not he judge Soviet Russia before selling the idea of communism to Iranians.Ideas of Karl Marx and Frederick Engels are obselete and redundant.Nobody are interested in communism nor capitalism system.The iranian have spoken and as such all other groups should be silent unitil the next election.
Communism is dead and buried.If the soviet Russia cannot survive,what reason is there for the communist movement in Iran to be otherwise?The Green movement had lost in a fair election. As such what ever aspirations the green movement have,does not matter because they lost the election.They cannot dictate until the time their group wins in an election.Freedom,Equality Prosperity are the aspiration and objectives of any society.A prosperous Iran is what visible under the Islamic Regime of Iran.
I want to know how is he so sure everyone in Iran wants to overthrough the regime, is he making an assumption? Not that thatt is a bad thing but why just make up things. People remember what a complete overthrough does, it brings in dictatorship worse than before. Why not go the way of Eastern Europe and just remove the ruling party but not dismantle everything?

The biggest mistake of 1979 revolution was rejecting reforming the Shah's regime, and the biggest mistake is not to hear any talk of reform now and bring in yet another fascist regime.
Many of them did but also many nationalists even liberals supported them.the fact was they just wanted to get rid of shah and bring whatever except monarchist system. we cant tag anybody right now for what they did 30 years ago I believe.Listen to what they say and what they want and judge them based on that.
