May Allah reward you multiply for the beautiful reminder! I just wanted to point out that the mentioned hadeeth "fast and you will be healthy" has a very weak chain of narration, so it is definitely not appropriate to say that the Prophet -pbuh- said it by way of certainty, as the sheikh did in his reminder! I wish that our beloved shuyoukh are more careful when it comes to attributing statements to the Prophet and conduct a more vigorous research!
