its perfect sounding man. thats exactly what i want. A zx14....with a deep sound just like that.  Not insanely loud. Perfect. And the black exhaust looks good too.

nice bike, though the ZX14's seem rather large and bulky (atleast to me, I tried to test ride one but it felt too awkward compared to a slimmer 600cc bike) but you did a nice clean job on yours. cheers :)

Yeah the 4-2-1 is cool sound. I had a Muzzy ss full header back and then went to M10... LOUD I loved it, but had to wear ear plugs cause it resonated in the helmet and fatigues you on long rides.... definitely an attention getter

hey guys, question. how much can a Ninja be " lowered " without impacting it's performance and safety, etc. I'm a munchkin @ 5'5" but wondered if it was possible with a ZX 14 or any other Kawi. thanks.

my firend has his 14 lowered 1" ... says it doesnt effect handling. i had mine lowered 1" and 200 rear and it did effect handling (rear tire more than lowering) it would change the arc of the turn so i had to adjust during a turn as opposed to a smoother arc. you will also need to get your kick stand shortened.

Yeah it was def a tough choice. I ended up going duals mostly for noise - I'm kind of a low key guy. I'm very happy with em (2 seasons now), but I wouldn't mind trying out the single w/headers in the future.

Those weren't chicken strips, it's what you get when you ride/walk the bike on concrete. It's dust. Do you think the tires somehow turn white?
