that was f%$kin cool!!!! love the scene ...i ride a mountain bike and always thought those "speed bikes" are dumb and ugly...but if thats the experience you get when you hop on one of those...then im definitely down for it!
Very nice visual set up. I like how you got the bars, levers and your hands all in the set up whilst getting some really good images. I think you've set the standard. Looking forward to you're next attempt. Whilst I say this my poor Cannondale has been waiting patiently all winter for me to take her out. Lol
@fryderykchopin: It´s a good question. I normally don´t use speed computers on my bike - it´s better to concentrate on the street and it´s environment. but i guess that the top speed was about 90 km/h - average speed about 55 km/h
how does it feel? :)

Sweet! Love the camera placement too.
Is there a place where I can download the original footage and quality? I want to play it on my big screen TV.
I love fast descents, although I am never as lucky with traffic. Always someone in the way, although passing cars even motorcycles is fun too.
Thanks Man!
Cheers!
Seriously. I want this in HD on my TV.

Hello,
I've been saving up for a Scott CR1 for some time now and had some questions for you, if you don't mind.
But first, nice speed! I love hills too, the downhill is the best but the uphill is great too!
When you first acquired your CR1, did the Mavic wheels not cut it?
Also, what about derailleur's/crankset/cassette&gears?
I will most likely have to switch out or buy a new saddle&seat but I'm just curious about the wheels/derailleurs/crankset/cassette.
Please help if you can.
