Slam, or "slamming" is just a Brutal Death Metal breakdown. Since your name is humanrejector I'm assuming you listen to Human Rejection, and you know what I'm talking about. In my opinion though, the band in this video is fucking horrible and a poor excuse for a Slamming Brutal Death Metal band. All they do are slams and almost every song starts with the same type of slam. It get's really boring.

If we see where modern metal and late 90's metal has origins like glam metal, I think hardcore that came out of rebellion and making a point or two less gay than a couple of chewbacca's wearing tight leather pants and vintage jackets made of jeans. ( How wrong can it be? ) These are facts, And don't hate on a scene you don't know. Yeah hardcore got trendy, It was underground. Metal started as a hype. And this is brutal generic stuff, I don't hate this band...
