The best place is at the beach firing from sand dunes. People think it is little landmines or something since the balloon gets covered by sand after exploding.Get them as they walk on or off the beach. Very very funny. Great video by the way.

i have something similar, you need a long rope of surgical tubing and a tupaware cup.

you put two holes in the cup and slip the tubing through both of them, and then you duct tape in in place
