You sound so much like me when I was your age. And you're absolutely right. You don't want to be almost 30 and still fat and miserable (like me). I wish so much that I had found this protocol when I was younger. It's such a good thing that you discovered it and are now doing something about your weight. No one should have to be miserable because of a small group of people who only care about money.
