How do you keep the liquid in the bottle

Keep the bottle mostly straight up and down. Practice with the bottle half full, then 3/4, then full. Practice again. And cradle your catch, give a little when you catch it so it doesn't jar the bottle rigidly and make liquid pop out.

ive been practicing on beer bottles, im saving up some cash to buy a proper practice bottle.

When Im bored at work I practice with water bottles. They add weight and if I drop them them don't break. Just some advice.

I started using my Rose's lime juice bottles. When they are about 1/4 full, they are perfect.

I really love the videos. I'm new to flair. I would even buy a DVD or something from you. Maybe package in some note cards with pics. Just a suggestion since you are a great teacher.

Depende de tu país amigo..
Esas son botellas de flair, especificamente de la marca Flair Co., podrías ver si en tu país las puedes conseguir, o alguna otra aunque no sea la misma marca.
Los "vasos" que llamas, son en realidad cocteleras, la herramienta que usamos para batir los tragos que preparamos, y en este caso, para hacer flair.
