Infinity's level of conviction aura is lower than mephs, and even if the conviction was level>20, at best the one projecting the conviction aura would merely cancel out mephisto's aura. THAT is why z4 cannot do uber mephisto with just lightning. Hope that helped.

@mango119 no one seems to have posted a response to you yet so I'll explain even though the comment's a month old. The reason he can't kill uber mephisto is because uber meph actually has 115% resist to lightning and is therefore immune. The immunities of the ubers are not shown on screen, but Pandemonium Diablo and Uber baal are both immune to fire/cold (115% each) and Uber meph lightning/poison at 115%. The problem is, even with conviction aura, at best, the aura will not work. (cont)

@z4rkenny I only put 1 on energy shield with 6 skillers and have 78%, max telekinesis, 1 shiver, 1 warmth rest lightning and synergies. Some strength no dex, rest health mana with calculations 22%*2 life (worst case no DR amplify physical) and 78%*.75 mana, spending from formula from boed life/mana including bo + +HP%/+MP%. 10K Chain 25K Lightning -30% Lightning Conviction level 12 200% FCR :) Playing SC but played similar on HC vita only last ladder, relied on revs and adrenaline :)

@z4rkenny @z4rkenny The problem with spirit monarch is way too much dex + 0% faster block rate = 9 frames, where as 86% faster hit recovery = 7 frames and can be achieved easily with spirit Monarch 55%, Sandstorm Treks 20% and 3x5% SCs. I would think block would be more ideal for a 105%/117% (if lightning) if using Storm 35% FBR, 27%= 6 frames, preferably with shael 20%, 46% = 5 frames. You will have a lot more life/mana.

@z4rkenny I think my no-ES Hard Core vita Lightning sorceress had max block with Griffon’s Eye, Spirit Monarch, Loricated Chains of Honor (only armor for COH not visable without requiring more than monarch strength). I teled into mobs and players showed their concerns with my health constantly going to ~5%-10% tanking :)

Here is probably the best 200fcr set up. 25% from griffons 30% from vipermagi (or whatever the hell that thing is called) 40% from eschutas 35% from spirit 20% from crafted amulet 20% from magefists 20% from arachs 10% from one fcr ring = 200% and you still are able to use a stone of jordan as the other ring.

This player is casting lightning at the same speed as me, the fastest you can get, 194% = 11 Frames, not 10, which is 2 2/11 attacks per second. The rest of the spells are 200% = 7 Frames which is 3 4/7 attacks per second. I had to use perfect spirit monarch because 10% 3 lightning tab amulet, HOTO, 2x10% rings, mage, arachnid, griffons. I need to make 20% caster amulet so I can have 1 soj instead of 1 ring.

The timing between the last minion killed before baal goes inside differs depending on the host actually its +/- 1 for that part. and the time between spawn is sped up because the rate at which the portals are moving, and whisps are sped up, theres nothing in game that speeds that up. I know what I'm talking about because the flv flash format is 30fps which is quartered from the directglide 2d thats being used. u fail big

@jmsatriani I was referring to software stop watch I opened in a fraction of a second. The game uses 25fps for it's mechanics, you play the games in a higher refresh rate but the fixed rate is 25fps server side. He did teleport, then he stopped (less than second). He doesn't teleport faster than 3 and 4/11 per second which is 200% 7 frame teleport. If you observe close enough he ghost teleports due to lag. His client isn't going to wait another 7 frames because it didn't teleport.

There is no "best character" they are all balanced and each character has weaknesses that others can exploit. Max damage is also very hard to calculate, Javazons tend to be able to hit extremely high lightning damage, and possible poison Javas as well can achieve incredible damage but its over a duration of time and it can be resisted easily, not sorbed though... Even though a character has great damage doesn't by any means make it the best character though.

The thing is that u dont realy have enough Space for MF Stats AND FCR, the best MF Stats are realy Low in FCR and i preffer the Orb for MF, Max Block + Orb is a nice Build too and doesnt cost to much but is harder to play. The best is when u find ur personal best Skill and Item Setup.

2.two rare 10% caster rings with other stats

3. spider belt 20% cast

4. spirit shield has like 30-45 cast

and you can use a ormus or vipermagi if u want even more cast but I like coh

It's a little thing called Infinity. It's a Ladder Only runeword weapon for 4 socket polearm weapons to be used on Act 2 mercenaries. It has level 12 Conviction aura which breaks most immunities as well as another -45-55% to Enemy Lightning Resistance.

It breaks almost all immunities but if it doesn't break it, it still allows you to damage them much more than if you didn't have that on your merc. Possibly in some rare cases of unique monsters, you might not be able to damage them at all depending on their attributes.
