i can do a handstand perfectly and hold it against a wall, but without the wall i cant. Do you think it might have to do with balance, or what? Please Help me Out! Thanks in advance :)

@runningb3ear Overbalance is falling over, as in towards your back. Underbalance brings you back to your feet. Try it in a handstand and you'll get it immediately.
@TotallyAwesomeFan Thats not true, you can see that he's not flexing his abs cuz his legs leep over & he shouldnt look to the ground cuz that arches your back to much.

he didn't mean do a kipup into a handstand. he meant different ways of "kicking up" as in getting into a handstand. (kicking up your feet into the air to get into a handstand)

@jacker372 Do them against a wall first to get use to the strain as well as the feeling of being upside down. If that's too much try a headstand.
