I use CS3, I was on track with making this card up until around 11 minutes of the video. When I open the image I want to use I dont have the tabs to drag the image to. What do I need to do? I should tell you thaT iM very new to photoshop. Also, Is there a way I can import the image from Lightroom instead of Bridge?

This was done in CS4. CS3 has palettes but you can also do a Select>ALL, then Edit>Copy on the photo, then jump to the template and do an Edit>Paste. The draggy thing got a bit more complicated in CS4. You can still drag and drop in CS3, in fact it's a bit easier, so I don't know what the problem is...but the Select>All procedure is fail safe.

For the most part yes but you cannot record brush strokes and certain other things but you CAN experiment to find out what works and doesn't work!
