Le doigté est compliqué en effet, à part le travailler sans cesse ou trouver un autre doigté je ne vois pas!

I did notice that you seem to pick using a plectrum pinching it with your index and thumb. What is mind boggling is that at the same time you use your middle, ring and pinkie fingers to pluck the strings. I never saw this technique before. Does this technique have a name? Amazing!
