The Welsh are mainly the descendants of those Britons who lived in what is now Wales. Most of the other Britons were absorbed by English kingdoms . They've got every hereditary right to live in England.
As for the Anglo-Saxons they've been here for 1500 years, and they didn't subjugate Wales. Blame that on the Normans- (Those Welsh Tudors didn't do you any favours either)
