For the record, the person cutting the boot off was just an acquaintance and I decided that the video should be posted on the tube for all to see. I haven't seen or heard from him since; so I'm not even sure how things panned out for him.

I understand that the video isn't all that clear but if it were shot in HD you would be able to tell that the car is not in a red zone. He got no clue how to take it off properly hahaha. A boot has 2 locks, first lock is regular lock that you can just cut. The second lock uses a drill. YOu just need to find a right drill and it will come right off. Takes max 2 min.
