@DWordDtour I know the Military Acadamy there.... I remember our Gradeschool Bus Driving by them and We used call them all sorts of F'ed up names. One I remeber is "Smurfs" cause of thier blue uniforms. But other than that, Im assuming the joke is "Juvie" kids all ending up at the Military Acadamy , at the cost of the state.?
