my advice though i may not practice what I preach sometimes, take smaller bites. Move it just a tiny nit, not an inch a frame. It looks a lot more fluid if you move it a little less, and it makes it longer too as an added bonus.

Cheap way to do it is during effect part put pic in paint program and paint lazer on each part you want save, import, and watch the crappy one color line hit the other thing have fun
