The only way to make Eurovision fair is this... All the countries perform their songs as they do now, but they are just a number, and not identified as a particular country until the voting has been completed. THEN which country performed which song is revealed, to see who won. This would stop political voting, and votes would HAVE to be for the song, not the country!

Something about the neighbours… Greece has only 12 points from Cyprus every year, cause Cyprus and Greece is one country, and no neighbours. This year Greece had no points from Mediterranean countries; only Italy gave 2 points to Greece. However, Greece sends every year great songs and always is on the TOP 10. The staging would be good for a decade ago, not today. If you keep trying to send good songs and try to work a bit with the performance you will win in the next years. As for the composers of the song being Swedish, no it doesnt really matter i guess, but Eurovision should be about sharing your own countries music and spreading it around Europe, not buying music from another country.
