  • Roy Khanalat. Roy Kamelot. Even his name indicates that Kamelot is nothing without Khanalat.

  • This band isn't just the greatest band ever, they are practically untouchable :D

  • Could someone tell me on which album I can find this??

  • They are coming to my state Tuesday... I am so sad about the number of my friends are going, MEETING THEM, and I can't go... :'(

  • the band is from florida, roy kahn is from norway.

  • Best you can do to not get it removed is to keep saying it's not yours, and is only for entertainment purposes.

  • Kamelot is very underrated, but their new album was ranked in the top 5 ordered albums in a lot of European countries this year. I think so they might be moving up, hopefully Roy gets well or fixes his personal problems or whatever's going on with him, i hope it gets better. Long live Kamelot!

  • @soccerstud4243 so not underated

  • @olympickid when justin bieber (sorry i know you all are cringing at the name) has 700,000,000 views, and kamelot has 3,000,000 (which actually is pretty good but...) thats pretty underrated. obviously they have a lot of respect in the power metal world, but 90% still doesnt know who they are. btw kamelot gets 233 views on ghost opera to every million views on baby (yuck)

  • @soccerstud4243 He who will not be named is popular because people buy his shit. Kamelot is not as popular here in the states because people don't buy their stuff. If you like Kamelot so much, and you haven't already done this, I would challenge you to buy their material (CDs, merchandise, songs off of itunes if you have it, ect.). You WILL have to special order a lot of their stuff, but it will be worth it. :)

  • same here a friend told me to listen to them and what do you know, they are epic

ooo and does anyone know what the monks are saying/chanting in the back round? what language? Latin?

  • very nice!

the end is from the tomb raider - cradle of life - theme

  • Under fears you restore your beliefs, Like an old man in church on a sunday ...

just what is happening these days... people believe because of the fear. "hey if I don't believe God will punish me and \send me to hell"

is it really worse to say that you don't believe, than tobelieve out of fear and guilt?

  • @NWphreek It's more than that. The man is at war. People are dying all around him and he knows he will likely die as well. Jesus refers to himself as the morning star in revelations, which is the book depicting the end of the world. In other words, the man is trying to find the reason for the terrible world around him through faith. "Tell me all when the new day begins". Kamelot often using the morning after to mean the afterlife, with night being death.

  • @Sorasen great anolagy =| actually amazing analogy.

  • If the side that loves wants peace they have to prepare for war.

  • Fucking love this <3

  • Best Kamelot song EVER!

  • Do you think the attitude of this song is genuinely pious towards God, or its more of a bitterness? I'm not sure what the tone is. I guess it could go either way.

  • @chiyome21, seems to be a song about struggles between faith and doubt. It's hard for some to believe in God in a world of violence and suffering.

  • this rulzzz

  • KAMELOT RULE... <3

  • I can't believe these guys aren't bigger in the U.S. Until a friend of mine from England told me to give them a listen, I had never even heard of them, but to date, I have not heard them make a bad song. On top of that, they sound just as good live as they do on their albums so it's amazing they've been around for so long, but I only heard of them less than a year ago.

  • They were originally Norweigan (i believe..)

They really are a great band, but nobody has even heard of them here in the UK

thanks for the comment, if you have a request for what song you would like next please ask

    =]

  • I know someone from Norway. I can ask him.

  • They are from Florida, although their singer is from Norway.

  • @iLyrics4You

actually they are originally from America... they started in Florida.. only Roy Khan is from Norway.. he wasn't the original singer but he is much better that the original was

  • @iLyrics4You Only the singer is norwegian, keys from germany, the rest of the guys is american.

  • @iLyrics4You Actually, the band is mostly American, Roy Khan is from Norway, yes. I think the keyboard player is also from Europe, but I could be wrong.

  • @truedemonicfire No, I'm pretty sure you're right on the keyboardist score. I actually think he's from Germany, but again, I could be wrong too.

  • @iLyrics4You They're actually an American band with the exception of Khan and Oliver

  • @iLyrics4You originally from United States, only Roy and Oliver were the non-US members, and of course Roy has left the band now.

  • @iLyrics4You

Actually Kahn was from Norway, the rest were from the U.S. Great band. A shame Kahn left...one of my favorite singers of all time.

  • @iLyrics4You Probably a bit late to reply to this comment, but what the heck... The band were originaly from Tampa, Florida. It's only the singer (Roy Khan) who is Norwegian =) Hope this helps!

  • @iLyrics4You Former singer Roy Khan was Norwegian. Their current keyboardist is from Germany. Other than that the band is American. A lot of people think the band is European because 1) they are more popular in Europe and 2) they don't get much attention in the United States (which is a shame. The best CDs I have right now are Ghost Opera and Karma. I had to special order them, but it was worth it. I keep trying to get my friends to listen to them but they usually aren't interested.)

  • @iLyrics4You I just realized I am the 50 millionth person to tell you that only the band is from the US. Sorry about that.

  • @DisturbedHavok In the future, this band is going to be in the top of the world, believe me.... with or without Roy, this band is inmortal

  • @fede2012metal this band isnt without roy. it needs roy.. because he is undoubtably the voice of kamelot
