I LOVE Vienna's Herbal Compound and esp. that it's all natural (unlike Carol's Daughter) and she is in Harlem, Black and understands all types of Black/ Bi-racial / Dominican hair. Also that Vienna has beautiful natural locks and is a walking advertisement! She's a great herbalist and fun to walk in the woods with-- esp on a dandelion wine making walk!
Please try Carols daughter. it is perfect for biracial hair. the balm is wonderful it will truely tame you natural curls. I have used it faithfuly for a year . go to the web sight. please Carol's daughter ok.
Sorry, it took so long to reply. I was disappointed to find out that Carol's Daughter's line isn't all natural and I only use natural products. I love Oyin Handmade and Qhemet Biologics. My hair loves those two.
I'm not sure how they work on Biracial Hair though.
im black and asian and I have very dry natural hair. I just went natural. I only use natural products in my hair. I love it. It keeps my ends from splitting. I bought mine from amazon too.
I feel you girl... I can't keep my hand out of my hair either. I just said that in one of my latest videos (natural hair in ponytail...) Your hair is beautiful and it looks so soft.
i've found that coconut oil really helps ur hair..100% natural coconut oil. put it in after washing and conditioning. let is set over night, and it makes ur hair very soft and manageable over night. I am not mixed, but i am somali and my hair is really soft but tight curls..so iunno...give it a try!
Hi. Your hair is pretty. Have you ever tired Anita Grant products? I have never heard of Vienna's Herbal Compound though. I am about to purchase some Anita Grant stuff to see if her products help my hair to get softer. I do not really take care of my hair but I have noticed a difference when I use Carol's Daughter Lock Butter. I use it to moisturize and I combine it with the Tui Hair Smoothie and my hair actually lays down a bit. It feels really soft and it has grown a lot since I started it.
I've never heard of Anita Grant, but I'll check it out. I've just started using Ari Hair and Body products. I love them. Also, I purchased some products from Qhemet Biologics. I love them too. Those are 100% natural (maybe except for the fragrence) but Carol's Daughter isn't all natural (check Sephora's ingredient list), so that's why I haven't tried it.
No perm LOL, I gave up the perm when it broke off all of my hair about 8 years ago. My hair was much thicker in my younger days so it's thinning out alot and it's less coily nowadays.

I've been natural for 7 or 8 years now, I can't count. I transitioned for about a year and did my big chop about 7 years ago.
