The only "evidence" Tom Grant has is the toxicology which is not official since he only read about it in a newspaper. The autopsy report was never made public. The other forensic evidence is the shotgun which was not examined until a month after the death and there are numerous possibilities as to why there were no finger prints on the trigger.
