  • Hey nice vid :) nice flow and awesome balance thumps up;D

  • @7480COAST cheers!

  • any good spots you could recommend in the east end of glasgow near the egde of the town cos i cant find any good spots??

  • @weerab13 Royston underpass, denniston library and I am sure parts around Parkhead Forge are good for training.

  • @TraceurZeno I live near royston underpass its just the amount of glass from booze bottles but I'll be sure to check out the other two spots. thanks

  • The guy staring at you at the beggining is funny, Awsome video. Check out some of mine.

  • Just phenomenal! Kudos to Zeno, the glasgow parkours and the good work they've done for a couple of lost souls - better than any therapist!

  • i love the parkour, but matching the video with the racy music becomes melodramatic when you keep a slow pace. Keep up the great work.

  • Only Parkour..;no Freerunnong...I like that !!!

    Great man

  • Have you did gym before, or others sports that can help you in Parkour ?

Were you already skill when you started, or were you 'like every people' :D ?

  • ur pretty good

    great precisions

  • how long have you been doing parkour?

  • Just over 3 years.

  • man u are good

  • it is its parkour parkour isnt ment to have flips and most people flip but you dont your rely good

  • you are incredibly good at jumping

  • pure parkour

  • good video

    nice work

  • i hope you tied your laces first mr

  • That's what I have been doing wrong all this time, cheers for the top tip.

  • why didn't I think of that? I've always been tripping and never knew why!

  • gr8 vid. awsome as always. btw nice moves at 2.17 liked it hahah XD

  • Now is it good to have shoes with cuisioned soles on the bottom or just straight solid rubber?

And what about the grip.. oval grip or more square grip kinda..

very good vids btw.. where i am there are no large or even small stone structures.. only wooden fences and rails..

    Still thats better than others..

thanks Zeno for the vids aye..

  • if your asking WHAT are good shoes to run on/train parkour with.. try kalenji's succes only 12 euros *bout 15-20 pounds* solid as rocks.. been training with them for over 1 month now and not even a scratch on them so to speak.. soul is really stiff and rugged... loads of cuisioning :)

  • hahaha i live in New Zealand.. ill look for those here but i doubt they will sell here

  • just order them? via internet? thats what its for? global trading is online now a days.. and i am sure if you look up google it will turn out some results.. i'll look it up for you.. and PM you a website that sell them.. if I find one ok?

    regards, tigermonk

  • Wow dude.

Thats pretty nice of you, hard to find anyone willing to go out of their way to help someone else.

    Thanks

  • the 5.10 freerunners are great, but pretty expensive. I love mine though!

  • geantacc67

i just wonder.. why does every *tracer* criticise zeno's *speed* I think he is fast enough.. every REAL traceur should know: we ALL have our OWN rithm of movement so to speak.. and some are slower then others.. while the slower traceurs might be more focussed on BALANCE for example.. not to be a hypocrit.. but please first look at your own flaws before looking and talking about others.. peace, tigermonk02

  • It just goes to show that parkour is different for each and every person.

Some focus on speed and jumping from insanely high buildings, while others focus on balance and stay at or right above ground level, it's different for everyone.

  • @Tigermonk02: True! Zeno seems to be very focussed on balance, accuracy and safe moves, which makes his style kind of unique. I like his speed and flow pretty much =)

  • nice, great balance!

but the music was too fast for your slow moves!

  • hah theres another video of a handstand parkour and its at the same place taht you are at, 1:32 to be precise.

  • whats the name of the second song?

    great video

  • great vid God bless

  • nice vid... shows a lot of control and efficiency over your movements.. Pretty good :)

  • parkour commercial for water ^^

  • Great Vid!

  • Very nice video man !

Allthough there was some clips i thought a much faster route could have been taken, overall it was a nice, direct video.

Gotta get a wee sesh' at the uni with you again sometime soon !

    Peace.

    Ian.

  • Wow man, years of hardwork. The variety of places in your videos is amazing. Do you do a lot of scouting?

  • yes mate, especially on wet days, it is good to go scouting.

    Cheers

    Zeno

  • i like this vid!

  • Man, you are really blessed with nice spots in your area!

  • You are strong and really fast XD

But what's up with the old cat precisions in your videos, you're fast and dynamic enough to really get distance and control with them?

Other than that, a great video!

  • verry nice

  • how many pairs of these red trousers have you got? One more question how big are your precisions? Like how far do you jump from a standing position.

  • Haha, yeah, do you have a closet like Batman, chock-full of identical red trousers? Cos that would be awesome.

  • lol, nice one!

  • im not into parkour, but ur really awesome so ill sub

  • you are very good ... training is most important thing in parkour, no?

  • Yes training is very important along with safety, discipline, passion, correct attitude, courage, spirit and friendship.

  • cool movements good work :)5

  • Nice movements, you pass walls with alot of speed ^^. Im very much jealous of your spots. 5*

  • Nice! Have you ever been asked to get a cat down from a high place? :D

Does the city or do the cops ever get annoyed at you jumping on stuff?

  • Cats, No xD

    Cops, Yeh.

  • you have very good precision but i think you should work on explosion and flow a bit more

  • nice video ive watched your videos for long time but never subbed i will now:) very fast powerfull movements looked good:)

  • I like the pan at 1:40 - pity it's not completely fluent, but the slow movement of the camera really helps transfering the "journey"-aspect. Nice music again. Stay safe!

  • well it was my first ever time using a video camera so not bad I think...

  • Where you one of the kind volunteers who helped me?

  • what kind of shoes do you wear?

and how much do you weigh? jw.

  • Nike Dart III and I have no idea what I weigh now, as I no longer weigh myself.

  • Could murder for those training environments -.-'... (jk)

-enjoy the journey of a lifetime! So that there is atleast two of us-

    -z-

  • you are very amazing at parkour

you are diffrent than alot of people in glasgo why becouse they sit drink buckfast, kill people try act cool.

i was doing parkour but i stoped i tryed to loose some weight 1st i lost 15kg in only 2 month i think that amazing naw i need to go to the gym , and go to the town and do parkour

    5/5

  • Cheers!

  • I like, very strong and much control, I'd like to see maybe a little more urgency through things, I want to see how you react to the unexpected and things, get someone to chase you get another to tell you where to get to etc. Also things like the precisions you were doing were great but could have been much quicker going from a run as oposed to stopping, then jumpiing if you get me. Love it as always man, much respect for the time you put into your training.

  • Thanks for the constructive crit Brad.

  • You are really incredible.

  • Do you train alone most of the time?

  • about half the time I train by myself

  • Favourite scene was the water bottle one.

Opened on an unexpected bit of comedy, and continued with great control.

I especially enjoyed the jump from the phonebox [?] to the pillar. That was nice, was it a big gap?

  • It was a decent size gap, but because of the angle it does not look big.

  • WOW...

in my humbled opinion that's your best vid so far.

Such a tight edit and fine spots.

    Props, Bro.

    5/5.

    Cheers from Brazil.

  • You're realy strong man!

Good movements and nice spots :)

  • haha -

I was caught at the compy applauding you. xP

I seriously respect you, both as a traceur and person.

    Very awesome vid man.

It sucks that winter's rolling around soon. =(

hope we can all get a few more videos in before it snows over...

  • zeno-you rock man.

  • Nice, really good video/idea. That is one good looking uni.

Just think a few running precision or ones where you step into them could have made things a bit smoother; mostly at times like 2:07

    But awesome video!

  • holy smokes.. that was awesome zeno.. u are improving every single video.. *and I really do mean that..!!*

  • really enjoyable to watch!

    Loved it.
