Yo' Zo', running everyday is indeed a very good thing for someone to do. Movement is key to overcoming anxiety and depression. But, what you fail to realize is that some folks are incapable of such movement on their own; their condition is nearly paralyzing. I have not used her program, but I agree that this program does not look too sound, since I have similar problems as you. Her complete hatred of medication also, at least to me, comes across as quite ignorant and arrogant, and she may very well have influenced her husband to not pursue alternative routes to cure his depression, thus prompting his suicide. Not that I blamer her for his condition, but I know it may not have helped to have someone who is anti medication.
