Is there ever a mediocre battle in this game? If they aren't fast and intense, they are long and drawn out, and are actually physically tiring to fight in. EVE has the best PVP ever.

To lock on a target quickly, you just hold right click + left click?

right click + lock, right click + jump, you took 30sec to loot, you lock 1 enemy at a time ; these are some of the things you can easily change to get way more effective in pvp :)

Good video, but some of the ugliest micromanagement of the interface I've ever seen. Right click to lock? Wow.... at least you used to f keys to fire your guns. I don't know how people do it. He may as well not even have a keyboard.

We like it this way, it keeps the WOW kittens out. Right-click is your friend in this game. Run the tutorials when you start. This is the BEST MMO ever made. Been playing almost 5 years myself.

It looks amazing, it totally blows WoW out the water.. everytime i see this advertised i just want one of those motherships so bad..

But i think i'm past my dedicated gaming years, such is life and its demands. One of my friends got a trial and wanted to convert from WoW but he gave up when he couldn't even figure out how to move properly. Let alone complete a mission.

There are a few corporations out there who take in noobs to teach them the game. Eve University is the most well known. Look them up if you ever decide to give it another try.

The beauty of EVE is that you can do well even if you're past your dedicated gaming years. The difference between success and failure has nothing to do with how much time you've spent playing. It's almost entirely based on how well you can evaluate and react to situations that you may find yourself in.
