Mr.Phil. may I ask you a favor? I have been learning stop consonants and couldn't get the correct pronunciation. A stop consonant is that when you nake a stop before the sound comes out for example t's when they come at the end of words, d's and k's and g's I guess. so if you would like to tell us when to stop the air and what exactly happens with the tongue.

The problem is when i started to learn speaking and listening 'US' accent
and after i must speak with British people
then i found that 'UK' English is REALLY difficult!!

Everything is good and useful except by the last word "Peter" :)
My native language is Russian and it's very unpleasantly for my ears to hear exactly a d sound.
The matter is that in the Russian language it sounds like "faggot" :)
